  If I could give a zero star rating for this woman I would. This woman is the biggest liar and the laziest agent I have ever met. She took all my information and ran it and gave me a quote over the phone. Then when I came in the office she raised the quote but couldn't tell me why it was so high. Then after all the paperwork I was billed for more. Keep in mind I have no points on my license, no accidents, and my car was an old beat up 2003 that I owned; no payments due on it. When she set up my policy she asked me if I wanted monthly payments or 3 month payments; I told her monthly payments. My first bill came and it was for 3 months. I called and emailed her immediately. She ignored both so I had to pay a 3 month payment so my policy wouldn't cancel. I ended up taking that money out of my tax money that I needed for my children. Once again I asked her to have it fixed to monthly payments because I could not afford to pay it at three months at a time. Again she told me she would fix it and even told me she had already fixed it and didn't understand why it came billed for 3 months. She lied! When my policy came due for payment 3 months later AGAIN it came up as a three-month payment. When I called her about it and emailed her about it she never responded to the email and never called me back until a three days before the policy was ready to cancel. She said she would look into it and call me back the next morning but never did. I wouldn't recommend this agent to my worst enemy. She won't help you and she isn't honest!
